I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified yoga teacher, passionate about helping people align mind and body so they can live with greater ease and authenticity.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. What I’ve seen again and again is that healing isn’t just about the mind—it’s also about how we carry experiences in the body. That’s why I integrate evidence-based therapy with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. Whether we’re talking through challenges, moving through gentle poses, or simply sitting in quiet reflection, my goal is to support your whole self.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me on my mat, with my husband and two children, or finding new ways to bring peace and balance into daily life.
